Meet Kelly

I specialize in supporting individuals to reconnect and achieve balance with an integrative approach that combines trauma-focused psychoeducation with somatic healing techniques. My work offers highly-attuned, authentic, and personalized care that focuses on underlying barriers. I believe in a holistic approach that works with mind, body, and spirit.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and am currently a Supervisee in Social Work. My background includes advocating for individuals in state institutions at the Disability Law Center of Virginia (dLCV). Additionally, I have provided individual outpatient therapy at Wholesome Health 360. that is nurturing, non-judgmental, humorous, supportive and always attuning to the light in my clients.
